3-4 month sublet from 1 Feb - Bills included

Hi there guys, I am looking for a kind, clean and easygoing person to sublet my furnished double room for 3-4 months from 1 February. This is a large shared house with 3 toilets/ 2 showers and 1 bath. We do not have a living room but the kitchen is large enough to eat in and spend time in if you want to. We have access to a garden. This is not a super social house, people generally keep to themselves, but everybody is friendly and kind. The bedroom door is lockable. We are moments from Stamford Hill Station (overground) which is one stop from Seven Sisters (Victoria line) so it’s super easy to get around.
