New housemate wanted to share my two-bedroom house with me (one woman) and two friendly, lazy cats.
It's a spacious light-filled double room with plenty of storage from built-in wardrobes.
Room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table, but you are of course welcome to add your own furniture.
The house is on a quiet street, bedrooms are upstairs with one shared bathroom, and downstairs is the living/dining room with TV and a patio garden.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, oven, fridge. I've got super-fast broadband.
About me
I'm a creative, friendly, like books and going to gigs. Have two fluffy, indoor cats who spend most of their time asleep in my room.
I work in research and am looking for a similarly relaxed, considerate person to share the space with.
The area
This is a nice bit of Hackney, as it's a short walk from lots of different areas and well connected for getting round London. It's 1 minute from Rectory Road station, an 8 minute walk to Clapton station, 12 mins from Dalston Kingsland station. Buses to Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters etc.
Short walk from Stoke Newington Church street, Dalston, Clapton and Hackney Downs park.

Rent is £875 pcm which includes bills: council tax (band B), super-fast broadband, water, gas, electricity, service charge and TV licence etc.
