Hello! I’m moving out of my lovely room on Stoke Newington church street and am looking for a clean, considerate person to take over my part of the lease. I’ve lived here for 5 years and moving out as I’ve bought a place so sadly it’s time to say bye to Stokey for now!
The flat is ground floor (with views of the park!) sharing with two lovely humans, one is a full time Phd and the other studies design and works as well.
There is a shared kitchen and good - sized bathroom which we share cleaning duties etc., usual stuff there!
There is no common living area, so we each tend to do our own thing, so this room would suit someone who likes their own space and is keen to clean up after themselves in the shared spaces we do have.
The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and curtains.
It’s such a fab location with cafes and yoga studios near by, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!
Open to students but they would need to pay their share of council tax.
