Description
Friendly, considerate professional looking for an easygoing housemate to share a quiet home. The house offers a bright double room and shared access to the kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower), lounge, and garden.
PLEASE NOTE! I’m offering initial video viewings, followed by meeting in-person over a cuppa, no deposit or agreement will be made until housemates have met and have also spoken with the landlord. For the Virtual online viewing, emails will therefore need to be exchanged so Zoom invites can be email out. I would appreciate it if you could write a short introduction about yourself or direct me to your spareroom profile.
About me:
I work as a yoga and swimming teacher, a merchandiser, I Freelance within the corporate events/conferences industry. I occasionally work from home. I love animals—especially cats—and hope to own or foster in the future.
I am peaceful, warm, sociable, creative, and chilled. I enjoy the occasional sharing of food, gatherings and conversation, but I also love my own space too.
I don’t drink or smoke and would prefer a housemate with a similar lifestyle. I’m independent and often out working or teaching, but I enjoy a home where we can have the occasional chat over a cuppa, watch TV and share a meal now and then
A respectful, calm, and friendly vibe matters to me. This isn’t a party house; it’s a warm, inclusive space where both housemates feel comfortable, considered, and part of the space.
I’d love to live with someone who is respectful and tidies up after themselves. The house is spacious, with a cosy lounge to relax in, a large kitchen perfect for cooking, and a garden for anyone who enjoys pottering about in. I am considering growing vege in spring. 🙂
The House is located on a quiet leafy street. A short walk to all main transport links from the high street. Bus stop close by (10 minutes to Finsbury Park station) and the C1 cycle route. It’s 10 minutes walk to Stoke Newington station. The rent is 575.00. Bills are around £235-245 (changeable due to up and coming price increases with gas and electric) pcm including Council Tax (band E), TV Licence, Electricity, water, Garden waste, Broadband. Both of us will be responsible for the bills so therefore complete transiency will be ensured.
