One month (flexible) Christmas sublet London N16

Hi!

I’m going abroad from 24 December for about five weeks (back at the end of January - but i can be flexible and leave a bit sooner or come back a bit later) and I’m subletting my bright massive double room during that time.

The room is very spacious, with a large desk, plenty of natural light, with storage space and a double bed.

The house is in a great location:

5 minutes by bus to Stoke Newington

15 minutes to Dalston

Several frequent buses on the main road — super quick connections

The street is super quiet and the area feels very safe.

All bills are included, and I’m open to slightly flexible dates.

You’d be living with Tim, 31, an easy-going DJ and music producer — very friendly, chill vibes.
