Bright cosy double room (with standard double bed) in queer friendly home, just off Stoke Newington church street in a gorgeous 1930s block. There’s a small shared bathroom with bath and shower, a small but very well equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sunny balcony - perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine 😊.

The flat is only two minutes walk to Clissold Park and plenty of lovely cafes, shops, pubs & restaurants and just down the road from Dalston. This area is very well served by heaps of bus routes and a ten-minute walk to Stoke Newington overground, which gets you to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes. If you need the tube, then you can also hop a bus over to Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters, Arsenal or Highbury & Islington.

Sharing with two queer women- homeowner and housemate - both v. chilled. Vegetarian or vegan would be a bonus. Let is only until end of February. After friendly but chilled, respectful, and clean housemates.

Rent includes all bills.
Unfortunately we cannot accept couples letting out one room whilst the other room is being let. It would make a lovely, calm space feel too overcrowded. Housemates are expected to keep the place clean and tidy and chip in towards communal items such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
