Rent is £1000 pcm and bills come to around £100 pcm / deposit is £1133

Living with 2 girls: me (29, civil servant) and Lily (28, beauty product manager). We both work between the office and home and are both busy and social people but do hang out together when schedules align (often to watch the traitors right now). We are looking to find someone to continue a friendly / homely vibe. Preference for 26+ and no students (sorry!)

The room is furnished including the bed, chest of drawers, double built in wardrobes. There is also under bed storage and 2 shelving units / bookcase

The flat is modern and light with 2 balconies for uninterrupted sunshine and I have enjoyed many a sunset here 🌞 pro that we’re in direct contact with landlords who have always been very helpful and live local

Conveniently located on the high st - 8 minute walk from rectory road station, 15 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and have several bus routes on our doorstep
