We have a beautiful & bright double room available in our friendly 3-bedroom warehouse home, tucked away in a peaceful creative district right on the canal between Clapton and Tottenham Hale.

We are ideally looking for a long term flatmate, but short lets (minimum 1 month) are considered.

🏡 The Space
Our homely warehouse sits in a quiet cluster of creative units, a short walk from Stamford Hill Broadway for shops (including a BRAND NEW LIDL!), and well-connected to Seven Sisters, South Tottenham and Tottenham Hale for transport.

Right on the canal and just 5 minutes from Springfield Park, Markfield Park and the Walthamstow Wetlands & Marshes, it’s ideal if you love green spaces and peaceful walks.

The unit has:
- A shared garden and deck overlooking the canal
- An outdoor workshop area for projects or tinkering
- A large communal living space with a big dining table, comfy sofas, plants, a projector, games, KRK speakers and cosy dimmable lighting
- A reading nook on the indoor balcony

🛏 The Room
The room is the only room on the floor, it is the brightest room in the house, with a skylight and fitted blind. It is fully furnished with:

- Desk, double bed, office chair, clothes rail, 2 x chest of drawers.
You're welcome to bring your own furniture if that's a preference, we can store / freecycle any of the unwanted items. You're also very welcome to decorate the room & make it your own, (the joys of warehouse living!)

👋 About Us
You’ll be sharing with Knotty (38) a Festival Manager who loves queer events, hiking & travelling, and Elin (30) a Welsh creative & budding rapper. We both enjoy a good balance of peaceful marsh walks and a party!

🌈 Who We’re Looking For
We’d love a tidy, respectful person to join our home, ideally queer or definitely an ally. We would love the person to be proactive in the space, and be up for warehouse improvements to inside or outside together.
It’s not a party warehouse, but we do sometimes host friends for dinners, drinks and films, and you’re very welcome to do the same.
