Lovely double room in Stoke Newington

We have a double room available in our 4 bed 2 floor flat in Stamford Hill/Stoke Newington, really good rent for the area. Price is £739, including all bills. The room is on the second floor and will be unfurnished except for a bedframe, built in bookcases and a built-rail which holds a lot of stuff. Looking for someone like minded and a similar age to us. The flat is in a great location, Springfield Park is 15 minutes in one direction and Church street is a similar distance in the other direction. Seven Sisters tube station (10 mins bus) and Stoke Newington overground (7 mins walk) are both close by.

You would be sharing with 3 women in their late 20s to mid 30s; Caitlin who works as a trainee Speech and Language Therapist, Giulia who works in advertising and Ellen who is an ESOL teacher. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a relaxed home and has a communal outlook to flat sharing. We’re all interested in culture, arts, pubs and food. We like to catch up and watch TV together when we can, but we also have busy lives outside the flat.

The room will be available from 16 March, which is when we are looking for someone to start paying the rent but can be flexible with when you move in after the 16th. Caitlin has been in the flat for 4 years and we have a good relationship with our estate agent. The Contract will start on the 16 March and will include a 6 month break clause.
