Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the biggest room in our spacious basement flat.

-15 minutes from Dalston Kingsland Station
-8 minutes to Rectory Road Station
-An Aldi, Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s and a big Morrisons
-Lots of restaurants, cafes, bookshops, bars and clubs
-Next to Hackney Downs Park, Abney Park Cemetery and Clissold Park
-The flat also has an area to lock up your bike if you own one

The flat also has an additional bathroom, plus a shared kitchen and living room. It’s fully equipped with a washing machine, toaster, air fryer, sofa and TV.

Bills: Just under £100 per month (gas, electricity, water and WiFi)

I’m a 25 year-old bi woman working in at a record label. I love a chat and hanging out with my housemates, but I also value downtime. I’m into crafts, raves, gigs, movies, pub trips, writing and I love cooking and baking. This isn’t a meat-free flat, but vegetarians and vegans are very welcome!

I work a 9-5 so it would be nice to have people on a similar schedule and not too much noise during weekdays, but having friends round is encouraged.

I’d love to live with like-minded creative people who enjoy socialising, are open to mixing friend groups, and are happy for the flat to feel like a friendly, social home - not just a place to sleep. It would be cool if you’re also into similar things / open to new experiences and activities.
