Spare Room in Stamford Hill, Friendly, Social Home

My current flatmate is moving in with her partner, so I’m on the hunt for someone great to take her place in our lovely two-bed flat in Stamford Hill. It’s all happened a bit last minute, so I’m ideally looking for someone who can move in from April 1st or before.

The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, plus a shared garden and balcony — perfect in the summer. I’m also good friends with the flat downstairs, who share the garden, so there’s a really nice community feel to the place.

Location perks:

3-minute walk to Stamford Hill Overground

15-minute walk to Stoke Newington Church Street & Clissold Park

Great local cafés, pubs and green spaces nearby

I’m looking for someone easy-going, fun and clean who’d like more than just a housemate — ideally someone who’s up for the occasional wine, gig, park hang or dinner together, but also respects each other’s space.

A bit about me: I work in live music and as an interior designer, so I’m often at gigs and have a busy work and social life. I’m currently on tour, so I’d either need to do viewings over FaceTime or arrange in-person viewings when I’m back on 3rd March. I love music (unsurprisingly), design, good food and making the flat feel like a proper home.

Rent: £865 per month
Bills: Around £135 (so roughly £1,000 all in)
