Our friend is leaving to go pursue her dream of opening a restaurant in rural Ireland so we need a replacement - it could be you.

Our apartment is one of the brightest in town with 270⁰ views of the West Reservoir, and the glittering lights of London's landmarks in the distance. The departing housemate says it's an "oasis of calm in this hectic city". It's large with extra storage, and feels spacious. The room available is big, there's two built in wardrobes and plenty of room for additional furniture, like a desk. The kitchen is big, has a table, plus a lovely work surface that looks out over the city, the living room is separate and very large; there's a cute cubby hole situation between them; very 70s vibes! There's a communal garden, where neighbours have a shared allotment if you're green fingered.

The neighbourhood is great, we live on the Woodberry Down nature reserve so the only thing that will wake you up is birdsong, the West Reservoir is a ten minute walk; we often swim there in the summer and hit up their Portuguese café. Church Street is a ten minute walk, with all the cafes, pubs, and general good times.

You will be living with Liam and Esther, we're both Irish. Esther works in publishing, likes swimming in the lido, cooking for her friends, and tearing up the dancefloor. Liam works in education and likes painting pictures, watching old movies, and making pancakes.

We've been friends for 10+ years, so the vibe in the flat is very friendly and relaxed. We've both been in London for 10+ years, so we're out and about a good bit, too.

We are looking for someone calm and fun. You must be LGBT+ friendly, and ideally you are good at doing your dishes.
