Double En-suite Room just off Church Street

Furnished double room available in bright sunny house with garden. The room is en-suite (shower) so no bathroom sharing! Fantastic location less than 1 minute from Stoke Newington Church Street. Current flatmates are a musician (there will be some practising evenings/weekends!) with a day job in the City and an environmental scientist. We also have a shy cat.

Age/occupation not as important as personality. We have a friendly house, but also do our own thing most of the time. We are looking for someone who likes a calm drama-free home who is happy to help keep communal areas tidy/clean. Even better if you'd like to watch a film together once in a while or something along those lines.

The room is quite large - as you can see from the photos there two wardrobes and two chests of drawers that fit comfortably along one side of the room. If you like a lot of storage, these can stay. If you prefer more actual space, we can take out one of the wardrobes and one of the chests of drawers.

Bills are additional, around £80 per month, including £53 council tax. Unfortunately, at request of landlord, we cannot accept freelance housemates.
