Huge double room in Turnpike Lane - social house!

Hey!

We are looking for a new housemate from END OF JANUARY 2020 to fill the largest room in our two storey, four bedroom house. Please actually read our ad before messaging.

Current house:
Layla, 26, works in music
Sean, 23, works in music
George, 27, nightlife entertainment

The list of what we do above makes it sound like we're a rowdy bunch, but we're not really. We leave the loudness at work mostly.

The house has a decent sized living room, TV with Virgin Media + Broadband, 2 bathrooms (one bath, one shower), garden with picnic bench, HUGE kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, breakfast bar and parking permit is also available.

We're looking for somebody who won't constantly hide away and will treat this as their home, not a pit stop. We're clean as you go people who enjoy living in a nice home and we want you to make it your own too!

We enjoy our wine/drinks in general and go to gigs quite often, plus lots of festivals throughout the summer, but you don't have to be the same obv.

MONEY TINGS:
Rent: £700 PCM
Bills: Average £100 PCM, includes TV license, Virgin Media/Broadband, water, gas, electricity and council tax
Deposit: £762

No fees to join as you'd expect.

The room is going to not include the furnishings in the photo. The landlord will provide a bed and 1 wardrobe, Most of us all bought extra furniture for our rooms on top of what they gave us.

AREA:
8 mins walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line, 28 mins to Holborn from the house). Tesco Express, large Sainsburys, Poundland, Wood Green Shopping Centre (high street shops, cinema, fast food etc). Easy bus to Seven Sisters nearby if Piccadilly is ever down or you need to get to Stansted.
