Spacious Room in Bruce Grove

I'm moving to a new place, which means this lovely room is going to be empty and waiting for a new person to make it home!

It's in a shared flat 3 minutes walking from Bruce Grove station (Zone 3). There are currently 3 other people living here, and apart from the private room there is a shared bathroom and kitchen. It's a very spacious room, already furnished (double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers) and with a balcony.

The rent includes expenses (and wifi!). It's close to all sorts of shops (supermarkets, a 24hr gym, bakeries, pharmacies...) and it has very good connections to the city centre (plenty of different buses, 1 station on the Overground away from the Victoria Line and 25 minutes to Liverpool Street).
