Flatmates & Shared Use
You'll be sharing the house with one other friendly flatmate, who also has their own en-suite room. He is quiet, tidy, and a working professional, so the house remains a peaceful and respectful place to live.

Please note that the landlord occasionally accesses the kitchen to use the washing machine and oven, but always aims to be discreet and respectful of your space and routine.

A Note About Pets
We (the landlords) live on the ground floor in a semi-private flat and have a couple of friendly cats. They mostly stay in our flat or in the back garden, but we wanted to mention it in case you have any pet allergies.
