Short weeks - Huge sunset-facing double room available for £ 700 PCM bills included, would suit a professional coming to London (happy to discuss shorter weeks/a few days a week or other flexible arrangements)

The available bedroom is a large double room with wood flooring, a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and a chest trunk. You can even enjoy a nice fireplace (although it is not working for security reasons). The room has a beautiful sunset view and is perfect for those who love a cosy and comfortable environment.

The house is fully furnished and has a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a massive double living room (3 sofas), a conservatory with a seating area and a decked garden perfect for al-fresco dinners and sun-tanning. If you cycle, you can safely store your bike in the conservatory. There is a shared bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The house is only a 10-minute walk to the Seven Sisters underground station (Victoria Line) and a 5-minute walk to Bruce Grove (Overground) which takes you directly to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes.
There are also many bus lines nearby (230, 341, 159, 249, 123, 243, W4, N279, 259, 279, 318, 349, and 476)
All the usual amenities nearby such as supermarkets, corner shops, gyms, and a communal swimming pool. Parks, marshes, and River Lea are also nearby.

If you know the area, Dalston, Hackney, London Fields and Stoke Newington are just a short bus ride or a few stops on the overground away. I normally walk or cycle there as well.

Must be said that even if I love the occasional dinner with friends, this is not a party house but it’s more of a safe, quiet&cosy place.

I work from home quite often and there is plenty of space to do so – I have my own studio space and there is a desk/table on the main floor/living room currently set up as a studio corner, but you are welcome to move that desk in the bedroom if you need.

Last but not least: I live with 2 indoor cats (mentioning in case of allergies!)
