Private suite in North London

*Mon - Fri only* - I am looking for someone to rent Mon to Friday only. Will suit someone looking for somewhere to stay for working in London during the week and returning home at weekends. Not available at weekends and this is non negotiable I’m afraid.

Double room with en-suite and adjoining private lounge in Victorian terrace in Bruce Grove.

10 minute walk to Seven sisters - Victoria line. 5 minute walk to Bruce Grove main line station.

Shared kitchen and dining area. Price includes all bills and weekly cleaner.

I live here with my 13 year old son who is with me half the time (Wednesdays/Thursdays and alternate weekends).

We have the first floor where we have our own lounge. Downstairs there is a kitchen and dining area. The room for rent has its own lounge.

Therefore I am looking for someone happy to live with a 13 year old some of the time, though living arrangements are mostly separate.

I am quite social but respectful of privacy. Would suit someone who wishes to be quite independent and private but also as social as they wish to be.

Also I have a cat.
