We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our terraced, four-bedroom house with a move-in date from 1st September 2024.
Current housemates:
Lucy, 30, works in UX
Eddy, 35, works in visual effects
Amina, 26, works in ecology
The house has a large living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath) garden with table and chairs, large kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and a breakfast bar. Parking permit is also available.
We're looking for somebody who will treat this as their home, enjoys socialising but also likes their own time too. We're clean people who enjoy living in a nice home and we want you to make it your own too!
MONEY BITS
Rent: £550 PCM
Bills: Average £110 PCM, includes TV license, broadband, water, gas, electricity and council tax
Deposit: £550
No fees to join.
The rooms includes 1x wardrobe, 1x bed frame + mattress and 1x bedside table
AREA:
- 8 mins walk from Turnpike Lane Underground (Piccadilly Line, 13 mins to Kings Cross)
- Seven Sisters nearby (Victoria Line)
- Wood Green Shopping Centre (high street shops, cinema, fast food etc) all nearby, as well as large Sainsburys, Tesco a walk away.
- Harringay Green Lanes is a 15 minute walk and full of bars and restaurants ― home to one of the best bars in London (take our word for it!).
- We’re also just across the road from two lovely parks (amazing in the summer); Downhills Park and Lordship Recreation Ground.
