Double Room (Entire Flat) in Tottenham

We are looking for a professional to rent a room in our property in Tottenham. We have recently moved out of London so are not in the property 95% of the time, however my parents live in the ground floor flat below, so we would like a mature, respectful, friendly individual to rent the room in our flat upstairs.

It's a double bedroom with new furniture, mattress (not pictured as had not arrived), freshly painted, garden facing so very quiet.

We are a young family who return to the property every two months or so to visit family or for work commitments, otherwise you will have the flat to yourself. The two bedrooms on the top floor are family bedrooms.
