1 large furnished bedroom which fits a king size bed, dressing table and Wardrobe. Property is located in the heart of Tottenham, perfect for commuting into central London and surrounding areas.
I am currently looking for a lodger to occupy the room on a 6 months basis (contracts can be renewed after the 6 months) preferably looking for a student/professional FEMALE tenant in her respected field.
Simple Set Of House rules:
- Living room is off limits.
- Tenant must CLEAN and TIDY up after using communal spaces e. g bathroom and kitchen.
- No shoes on the stairway carpet.
- Take initiative to empty the bins after using.
- No plus 1s are to spend the night
-No Pets
-No Smoking indoors.
I do require a £300 deposit that will be returned back to you as long as there are no damages to the room/ house.
I also require one month rent upfront with deposit.
