I am currently looking for a lodger to occupy the room on a 3/6 months basis. Looking for a student/professional FEMALE tenant in her respected field.
Simple Set Of House rules:
- Tenant must CLEAN and TIDY up after using communal spaces e. g bathroom and kitchen. (Everyone does the same)
-No Smoking indoors.
I do require a £600 deposit that will be returned back to you as long as there are no damages to the room/ house.
I also require one month rent upfront with deposit.
