1 double room to let in N17, 3 bed house w/ garden

Hi,

I'm looking for a third person to come and live with us for a few months. We're a friendly household. It's myself and a lodger who has been here a couple of years, he usually works evenings.

We tend to be getting on with our own things but are sociable and have a meal or drink, listen to records and chat together. We also have a pool 🎱 table.

Room size is approx- 12" x 11". There's also ample storage space in loft for boxes etc if you have stuff you don't use much.

House is about 15 mins walk from Turnpike Lane / Wood Green tube.
10 mins walk to Lordship rec / Downhills Park

All bills included.
