Hi, good size room for one person.
Good location at Tottenham Hale;

3 min walk to the underground station Victoria line/bus station/trains between
- Stansted airport (30-45 mins )

-Lidl/Tk Maxx/iceland/B&Q/asda/Tesco extra/ Seven Sisters tesco 10min,
Starbucks, Pret or Costa coffe shops

There are parks nearby, one by the canal, Walthamstow Reservoirs, a 10-minute walk to a pub of your choice, a gym, and a swimming pool.
The room is basically furnished, tv included- a good size room already clean after previous person.
There is no need to keep the plants or stuff on the walls if there is some wishes to exchange the furniture that's fine for me -
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and air fryer.
there is no moisture.
2 bedroom flat, two people at home
I prefer to cooperate with good comunication, in peace, pay on time.

I have an open mind,
I respect other people's space, and I expect the same in return. I care about a conflict-free atmosphere and mutual respect.

It's £850 deposit and two weeks in advance
because of my bad experience.
