I am offering good size room for one, contract is possible (with my landlord)

The room is cool and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished actually (including a TV), but I am open to changes if you would prefer different furniture.
You are not required to keep the plants or wall decorations.

• 3-minute walk to the underground station (Victoria Line), bus station, and train connections
• Direct trains to Stansted Airport (approx. 30–45 minutes)

Gym, shops near

• Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, air fryer)

I am easy going, fair person.
I like good music and silence too,
I like my own company usually but I'm open to constructive talking
I am a open-minded person who like to feel comfortable at home. Good communication and paying rent on time are very important to me.
I respect privacy and expect the same in return.

Animal At Home- friendly, but if you clearly set boundaries, they will respect your space. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for people with allergies.
