We have a single room available for £750 pm In our house. The house is located just ten min walk from Tottenham Hale station (great to get the Victoria line to go to central), ten min walk from Bruce Grove station and close to major shops (Tottenham hale retail park) and high street.
The single room is furnished and is on the top floor of the house. It has a bed, a closet and a bathroom on the second floor that will be shared.
We are a couple in our 50s and we are quiet, do not stay home a lot and are clean. Ideally we want someone who is clean, no pets, no smokers and responsible in looking after the room. Room is in a great location so pls message if interested.
Can get to local shops such as Lidl, Poundland and Sainsbury’s in Tottenham Hale retail park as well as other shops such as Superdrug, Aldi and Tesco on Bruce grove high street. Two gyms also at least 10-15 min walk away.
