I’m looking for a lodger for the top floor en-suite bedroom, which is separated from the rest of the house by a private staircase behind a sliding door.

It’s a beautiful new-build townhouse on a quiet and friendly residential street. Large open plan kitchen/ dining room with all mod cons and a sunny back garden.

I work full time, from home 2-3 days a week based in my bedroom. My 3 year old boy is at nursery full time so mostly around early evening and every other weekend only.
