MASSIVE bedroom for sublet 😍

I’m going away for around 6 months from 1st January, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my room while I’m gone — and honestly, this house is such a little London gem. 🥹

The room is a good-sized double in a lovely, spacious Victorian house in Seven Sisters (N17 6DZ). Rent is £830/month + bills.

The house has a lovely living room, a really nice eat-in kitchen with a proper dining table, and a garden with a shed that my flatmate is currently turning into a soundproofed music studio. There are only three of us in the house, so there’s plenty of space — we even have one fridge each, which is basically peak London flatshare luxury 😂

You’d be living with my two wonderful flatmates, a DJ and a drummer. They’re genuinely lovely — super friendly, respectful, chilled and easy to live with, while also being very respectful of everyone’s privacy and space.

And before “DJ + drummer” scares you 😂 — they don’t rehearse in the house! The studio they’re building in the garden shed will be properly soundproofed 🎶

Another HUGE plus: we genuinely have the best landlord in the world. 😂 He’s incredibly kind and helpful, and whenever we’ve had an issue with anything in the house, he’s always been there and sorted it for us. Anyone who has rented in London knows how valuable that is!

He’s also fully aware and happy with the sublet, and everything will be put in writing, so it’s completely clear and secure for everyone.

I really care about finding the right person because I love my flatmates and want to leave them with someone lovely. I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and easy-going — someone who enjoys having a friendly home while still respecting everyone’s space. Ideally a non-smoker, or at least absolutely no smoking inside the house/bedroom, and you’ll need the right to rent in the UK.
