I have just put down an offer on this stunning 2 bed/2 bath flat at Tottenham Hale (N17)! I am looking at a move-in date for beginning of August.

The flat is on the seventh floor and a 6 min walk to Tottenham station with plenty of shops and a gym around.

You’d be taking the second room, a double(13'5" x 8'10") which can fit a desk and has a wardrobe, which is £850 pcm (bills approx around £100pp) and have your own bathroom (the biggest in the flat). The flat does come unfurnished and currently has scaffolding up as there's some construction work going on atm.

I would love to have a home that is sociable, easygoing and relaxed. I work hybrid and wfh 2 days a week. Looking for somebody who’s a working professional and can fit in that dynamic~!

A bit about me:

Sakshi: I’m a 26 year old (soon to be 27) software developer who loves meeting new people and trying new things. Be it new brunch places, rooftop bars, art exhibitions, concerts, libraries, arcades, parks, you name it! But also need to wind down and love a night in with some wine, good movies, board games, or video games.

I also have two house cats, Ash and Stella, very cuddly and well behaved! Need somebody pet-friendly!
