The place is located on a residential road and it’s close to the Lea Valley marshes and canals, as well as the usual London amenities, shops etc. Closest tubes are Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters, and I can happily lend my bicycle too to the new tenant.
There’s a large communal rear garden and the property is pet/smoke free.

I’ve lived in this studio for just over a year and have always cared and loved its energy. I’m now taking a sabbatical and would love to find a tenant who can enjoy this space just as much as me. It benefits from gorgeous natural light with windows facing east for sunrise and west for sunset, perfect place for sun salutation and meditation!
