Looking for someone to take over my room. Unfortunately I have just been made redundant and this is the most peaceful and beautiful flat I have lived in, I’m sad to give it up.

I’m looking to get out my house contract as soon as possible with my current situation so any messages and viewings please get in contact.

You’ll be living with Mikey, a great housemate (I’ve spend the past 5 years living with him in 2 different cities) the flat is always tidy and looking for someone to help out and also keep it this way and of course, enjoy it.

(More than happy to leave anything else in the room like lampshade if needed/wanted)

There’s a gym inside the building that’s included in the rent that’s 24/7
Also a lounge which can be booked out
And seating in the foyer

Rent is 1097.50 a month
Bills come to around £140 (currently been overpaying on this and very much in profit which I’m more than happy to leave with the take over)
Internet is included

Is about a 5 minute walk to Tottenham Hale station which has the Victoria line and national rail service.

Tesco and Asda are a 4 minute walk and a big retail park, which includes shops like Lidi, tkmaxx and boots are just a 8 minute walk away.
