Double Unfurnished Room in Shared House (N17)

We are looking for a fourth person to share our house long term.
The property is located between Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations, with buses at each end of our street giving easy access to Wood Green and central London. The street is really quiet with the occasional car and a few dog walkers.
All the main areas are shared: there’s a clean kitchen, separate dining room (which we use as a pantry/ extension of the kitchen), shared bathroom and an extra toilet in the utility room. A new washing machine was acquired when we moved in 2 years ago. Sorry but no dryer since there’s enough space for drying racks. There is a patio garden in the back with eye pleasing fruit trees and is very nice in the warmer months. We all have our individual fridge so feel free to bring/get your own (we find it easier to manage).
The main guidelines in the house are: “clean after yourself” and “leave it as you found it” since this way is much easier to have a tidy and clean space.
Bills are not included in the rent and are equally shared (at the moment around £ 110/month but a bit more during winter).
The house is shared by Bernard (a compulsive baker), Ruth (TV consumer and enjoys a nice chat and a good time), and Isabel (crafter and into zero waste lifestyle). Two of us work shifts during day/night at different times. We are all quiet and respectful people doing our own thing.
We are looking for a mature, tidy and respectful of the space, who is happy doing their own thing. We socialize but it’s not a party house at all. Someone who pays the bills on time and is happy to chip in with the house keeping.
