Hi there, welcome to this gorgeous, modern and brand new ground floor flat.

You’ll be sharing with just 1 flatmate :) so the place will be yours quite a lot, with work, time away and holidays etc

So you’ll have the big master bedroom, which has a clothing rail, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, desk chair, monitor, and a 2 person sofa and and of course a double bed with mattress, duvet and pillows.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with me and there is plenty of storage for bathroom accessories, and there are two sinks so you will have your own sink :)

The living room / kitchen / dining is open plan with so much natural light coming in all throughout the day! The garden is south facing so Sun is present all day :)
The kitchen is modern and has all the modern appliances, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, kettle!

Flat screen tv and sofa and a dining table facing the tv if you love having dinner at a table and watching some tv!!

Big bi fold doors open into the private garden with outdoor furniture which is great for spring/ summer and autumn.

The place is so quiet and peaceful, you never hear any street noise, surprisingly so being in seven sisters/ tottenham.

Location wise it’s so convenient, Seven sisters station is a 16 min walk, which is the victoria line so King’s cross station ins 7 mins and oxford circus in 13 mins and 24/7 on fri and sat

Bruce Grove overground station is a 8min walk away and that takes you to hackney downs, london fields, bethnal green, and ends at Liverpool street station!

The area is super convenient, super friendly post office 2 min away walk, and a very well equipped local supermarket right next to the post office,

This place is my relaxation haven, great when you spend so much time in the busy city, so hosting dinners for friends is fine but parties is a no.
