Hello! I’m looking for a fun and friendly housemate to join me in my lovely home. You would have a spacious double bedroom which comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, with plenty of space to set up a desk if you work from home.
We have a living room & TV with Amazon prime, Netflix, etc etc.
Beautiful sun trap of a garden with large outdoor sofa, ideal for chilling in the summer months.
The kitchen is nicely sized and we have a dining room too.
The bathroom has a shower as well as a freestanding bath.
Great WiFi.
Very adorable cat included (he will try and be your best friend so preferably you’d not be allergic or dislike cats).
Happy for you to treat the home as your own and invite friends over for dinner or the occasional party.
The house itself is in a really lovely location, a short walk or bus to Green Lanes, Dalston, Stoke Newington. Seven Sisters (Victoria line) is the closest station just a short walk away, we’re also close to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) and the overground. I freelance across London and always find it easy to commute to most places, particularly Shoreditch and soho.
The local area has a wonderful pub as well as some really cute cafes and restaurants. We’re super close to a few parks which are great for a run or a stroll, if that’s your thing.
Rent is £975 per month which includes all bills and a cleaner once a fortnight (your room included)
