Double Large Room

Hi! im the current tenant of this room but im moving back to the states and the other tenant would like to stay so we are finding someone to take over this room. Im unable to do in person viewings at the moment however i can do video viewings and in person if time allows. I leave September 15 so need someone to move in as soon as September 16. Please text/message instead of calling as I work and don’t have my phone on me most of the day.
Women only please as the other tenant is also a woman
Rent: 650 pm, paid directly to landlord
Bills: not included (roughly 50-70 a month)
Internet: controlled by tenants (split bill). there is an internet connection in both rooms so if wanted you can hook up your own plan however the other tenant has internet
Bathroom and kitchen shared
The kitchen has all appliances, gas stove/oven and a fridge/freezer
The room comes with a king bed and wardrobe
Property has a shared main entrance with a family downstairs however the flat is completely seperated otherwise. Not wheelchair accessible as there is steps to get into the flat
About the tenant: The other tenant is a lovely woman she is a fashion student graduate. From my experience she is very respectful and good at communicating, we became good friends while living together. She is very kind and understanding about things
