North London room available

House:

Hello beautiful people!
We have 1 room becoming available from 7th October in the Turnpike Lane area.

*must be LGBTQIA+ friendly*

Room = up the stairs (about 15 steps), open windows and furnished with wardrobes and a bed.

Cost = 725 rent, around 130 bills (energy, gas, council tax, waater & WiFi)
-Also have a fortnightly cleaner included but obviously we are all expected to cleanup after ourselves 🌟

Benefits = You will be required to give work references, some form of utility bill or bank statement and ID - and a decision is made from there…

Transport & access = 7 min walk from Turnpike Lane station if that with great access to the Piccadilly line. We have a working door bell and small step to enter the home. There is also two doors up on entering which helps with feeling secure. All rooms have locks and your room is up stairs.

House = 4 bed Victorian styled house. Spacious lounge with a decent sized garden we want to get some proper seating for!
Kitchen which is also quite spacious, light and fresh looking. 2 bathrooms and some other storage which is handy. Plenty of room in this house!

Housing = Agency landlord. A deposit of 650 will be required when signing over. This will most likely be sent to us directly for the person leaving and our deposits are kept in a safe deposit protection scheme. You will be signing a 6 month contract where you will have the option to leave by giving 2 months notice but have to stay at least 6 months.
I always make sure an extra 7.50 each is taken for bills to account for supplies such as the generic loo roll, cleaning products etc and we have a Monzo account for all rent and bills.

You will be living with myself, Luke, gay male (he/him) 28 - Queen multitasker and working a few different roles across the arts as well as somewhat of an artist hehe. Galleries MUSIC/ gigs/ festivals, drinks, love my fitness/ going for runs etc. let’s get stuck into a thriller series 🤭

Heather - queer (she/her) works in international conflict research, she loves exploring London's bakeries & balances it out with cycling, swimming & gyming. She recently learnt crochet so any fellow crafters are welcome! Up for the pub & the occasional queer club night at the weekend 💃🏻

Simran (she/they) 24 - is pansexual and manages communications for a non profit, so also quite creative and loves gigs/music, going for drinks and all that jazz as well being quite a foodie, loves to travel, very sweet and up for anything.

We all love a drink, gossip, chill and chat for sure but also work hard so can be here and there at times.
*We are really looking for people who want to be part of a home as well as having ya own life of course. We do not want a home where we simply co-exist.
