A bit more about us / the house:

Catherine, Roland and Sam (all 26 y. o.) are looking for one person to fill a room in a spacious house at beginning of October
⁃ I’d love to make it a sociable, friendly house with likeminded people who are up for hanging out etc
⁃ We all did humanities degrees
⁃ Women preferred for an even split

The house is located in South Tottenham / West Green area. Family oriented neighbourhood with two large parks at end of road. End of terrace with a large garden, living room, large kitchen diner, 2 WCs and a large shared shower room. Also storage for bikes.

Quick access to C. London via Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line), 15 min walk or 5 min bus; or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) about a 20 min walk or 7 min bus. Tesco/Sainsburys Local a 5 min walk away and corner shops abound. Easy bus access to neighbouring areas such as Crouch End, Finsbury Park, Hackney.

Rent will be roughly £850 for the one of the two mid-sized room, excl bills (~£90 at the moment) with rent cost adjusted by size of room.

I have loved living there so far due to location and spaciousness of the house
