We are a household of 4 people, looking to fill a room in our 5-bed house in Seven Sisters, London, with a sunroom and garden. Available from 4 December 2024 (earlier could be possible). Sublets are considered but priority would be given to someone who is willing to take over a 3-month contract x

Walking distance from both underground (11 min to Victoria line, Seven Sisters) and overground stations (8 min to Bruce Grove).

The rent is £735 + bills (around a maximum of £70pcm).


THE ROOMS:

Two stories house, and all rooms have big windows so filled with natural light and provides a good space if you need to work from home. The rooms come furnished with a bed, wardrobe + chest of drawers, bookshelf and desks!! The house was renovated quite recently, so everything is well-kept and clean.
The house is large and well-kept, located on a quiet residential street. Distributed on two floors with two bedrooms on the ground
floor and three bedrooms + bathroom on the first. Large kitchen (with dishwasher!!), lovely sunroom with couch, small extra toilet and garden are on the ground floor too. I value a clean and tidy space, and I’m keen on collaborating to take care of the house with a weekly cleaning rota. I consider it to be a friendly and welcoming household. I have enjoyed making the most of our huge dining table, eating meals occasionally together or having coffee in the garden.
