Large Furnished Double Room in N17

My large double room is available for 3-4 months while I go travelling. It’s only unfurnished in the pictures because it’s about to be repainted and all the furnishings replaced with brand new ones! This includes a bed, mattress, clothing storage, a desk and chair.

The house is on a quiet road seconds away from 2 large parks, Downhills Park and Lordship Recreation Ground. The bedroom and kitchen gets loads of natural light which is especially handy in the dark winter months! It’s a lovely chilled house vibe where you’ll be able to get to know the house mates while having your own quiet time whenever you need. You’ll be sharing with:

Zeina - 27, originally from Leeds, I’ve been living here for 3 years now. I work in publishing, going into the office 3 times a week and wfh the rest. If you also wfh we could join forces in the kitchen, or garden, as the sun reaches our garden most of the day ☺️ I love yoga and baking, you may be blessed with one of cakes very soon!

Helena- 27, I’m from Portugal and I’ve been living in this house for almost 4 years! I work as a support worker in East London. I really enjoy sports (running, tennis, yoga). I also love reading and walks in the park. I love travelling and exploring nice new spots in London xx

Ben- 25, working in music and as a tutor. I’m into running and Thai kickboxing, and like to hang out in the house making pretty below average food!

Dom- the elder of the house. Polish guy, working as a postie, super efficient when anything breaks in the house. Knows how to get the job done.

Rent is £725 inclusive of all bills and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
