The Room : This is a cozy room with an area of approximately 79 square feet (see the attached floor plan for reference). Currently, it accommodates a large wardrobe system and a double bed, which will not be included. However, if you're interested in purchasing these items, I’m open to negotiation.

Current Flatmate: You'll be living with a friendly and creative designer (F, 25) who is sociable, considerate, and an all-around wonderful person to share a home with. It’s essential that you meet her to ensure a great fit.
Ideal Tenant: We're looking for a graduate who is working, sociable, respectful of shared spaces, and generally pleasant to live with.
Shared Amenities: Including living space, the bathroom features modern appliances, and there's also access to a loft space (though we currently don’t use it).
Convenient Location: A 10-15 minute walk to Seven Sisters underground and overground stations, or around 5ish minutes by bike. Multiple useful bus routes are also conveniently accessible right outside the doorstep such as 230 , 341 and 149.
Local Highlights: Moments from The Palm Pub, Metcha Matcha, Downhills Park, and a variety of other amenities that make Seven Sisters vibrant and convenient. Also a 20 minute walk to the green lanes which has an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes.
