Large Double Bedroom - Bills Included

We have a lovely bright double room up for grabs in our flat share located in Bruce Grove/ Tottenahm. Room for rent is a double bed and comes with all bills inclued – there is also space to fit in a desk if you work from home.

We have a large and sunny lounge with a big corner sofa and TV, Netflix, and Prime. A kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. There is also a small balcony that faces the main road. While we live on the main road the house is triple glazed, so you won't hear the noise of cars on the main road. There is also a communal courtyard and bike storage in the building. We also have 4 big storage rooms - one which has been turned into a shoe room. There is a large bathroom which is shared by 3 flatmates, with the 4th flatmate having an en-suite.

The flat itself is within very well connected -
• 6 min walk to Bruce Grove (overground to Liverpool Street takes 20 mins)
• 20 min walk (or 15 min bus) to Seven Sisters Tube (which is 10min to King’s Cross (Victoria line))
• Bus stop straight in front of the house!

Also minutes walk from Aldi, Asda, 24hr Gym, McDonalds, Tottenahm Retail Park, pubs and more.

About us:
You’ll be sharing with 3 people in total. We are a sociable and chill group of people and generally spend evenings together where possible, but also keep busy outside of the house.

I am sadly moving out to go travelling and will be renting my room permanently. My sister who will be the live in landlord will be managing the room on my behalf.
