Subletting Room from Now till June

Hi everyone!

We have one double room available for sublet in our house located in Turnpike Lane from now till the end of may

The house is in an ideal location, 8 minutes away from turnpike lane station, near seven sisters, green lanes and Finsbury Park and is surrounded by 3 parks (the garden leads into one)! The room is on the first floor. The room features a lit cabinet, mattress and also has plenty of storage for all your bits and bobs.

You'll be sharing with Damien (he), Charlie (he) and Seren(they), interests include DJing, pole dancing, creative projects, climbing and the pub,

The rent is £700 for the month which includes council tax, water, gas, electricity and wi-fi. The room is available from today until the end of May. As it a sublet there is no deposit and benefits are not accepted.

The house has one steep at the the front door and 14 to the first floor where the bedroom is. A mattress will be provided. The is on the first floor, as well as the bathroom/shower and toilet. It would not be suitable for a wheelchair user as there is stepped access to the bath and the property, and into the garden.
