Tenancy Takeover – Official Contract

I’m looking to transfer my tenancy at Unite Students – Emily Bowes Court. The contract runs until the 7th of September.

It’s an ensuite room on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom, excellent natural light, good soundproofing, and heating in the room.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge (two available, more than enough space), stove, vacuum cleaner, microwave, and oven. All current flatmates are female, and the kitchen is kept very clean.

The building has a 24-hour reception with friendly staff, who can also collect parcels and food deliveries. The accommodation is very safe, and also features a common room, study areas, and two laundry rooms—making it very convenient.

The neighborhood is modern and safe, with Tesco, Asda, and a large gym just downstairs. A shopping area is just a 7-minute walk away, with a wide range of stores including TK Maxx, Asda Living, Boots, Currys, Lidl, Poundland, and even a home store similar to IKEA. You’ll find everything you need for daily life.

Transport links are excellent – just a 5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Underground, National Rail, and bus stations). It takes just over 20 minutes to reach CSM, UCL, King’s College London, and City University of London. The Victoria Line takes you directly into central London.

I’m a student at Central Saint Martins (CSM) and will be returning home early for the summer, so I’m looking to transfer the room at a discounted price.
Please note: since this is student accommodation, the new tenant must be a student.
