I’m looking for a tidy and friendly female flatmate to move into a peaceful, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Hale Village, just 5 minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line & National Rail). My flatmate is moving to another country for work and I am looking for a replacement using tenancy swap. Agent is Ellis & Co.
🛏️ The Room:
• Bright double bedroom, fully furnished by me (bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.)
• The flat was originally unfurnished, but you’re welcome to buy and keep the furniture for a very nominal amount if you like
• Private bathroom (not shared) just opposite – spacious, with a bathtub
• Ideal for professionals

• Modern new-build in a secure and quiet development
• Living room is semi-furnished for now as my previous flatmate recently moved out, but I’m in the process of adding more furniture so it will feel more homely soon
• Plenty of space if you’d like to bring any of your own pieces to make it your own
• Huge kitchen fully stocked with appliances, a dishwasher and utensils. Also with plenty of counter space and storage.
• Bright, open-plan living room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls on two sides – amazing natural light throughout the day
• Useful storage area in the corridor with coat space and a washing machine, keeping things organised and out of sight
• You’ll be sharing with just me (I use the ensuite)
