Private room in a house sharing

Hello everyone ☺️
We have a room available in our 3 bedroom house!
First floor furnished double bedroom (single occupant) available from the 21st of September.
Unfortunately, there are stairs so not accessible for wheelchair users.
We are looking for generous, friendly, and tidy people, who want to join our queer household.
They must be comfortable around dogs as we have a little visitor sometimes!
You will be living with an Carlo (myself) and Liam.
The house has a garden and a spacious living room (see photos attached).
We're in Tottenham (5 mins walk from Bruce Grove Station (Weaver line - Overground), 15 mins walk to Tottenham Hale or 7 sister (Victoria line).

There are various close by shops including
ASDA, ALDI, ICELAND, POUNDLAND and SUPERDRUG (all around minutes walk). WE ALSO HAVE A off-licence less than 5 minutes walk away.
At times, we love to host dinners, feast in the garden, and have movie nights. However, we do all work during the week and tend to be quiet most weekdays.

→ £750 Room PCM + Bills (internet, council, water, electricity and gas)
→ we do require formal reference systems or documents
→ £633 deposit required for the room
