Our lovely housemate is very sadly returning to Australia and we're looking for someone to take over her room.

- 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden perfect for anyone with a green thumb.
- Lots of communal living space including a large living room, a study, and conservatory kitchen with ample space to cook.
- Great landlord who used to live in the house so cares about it and helps manage the property.
- External cycle shed
- Bathroom alongside a separate downstairs toilet.
Location:
- A 10 minute walk from Bruce Grove overground [25m to Liverpool St] and a sub 15 minute walk to Seven Sisters.
- Easy cycle to central London and surrounding areas.
- Located close to lots of green spaces perfect for runs and walks and a short distance from Haringey Green Lanes for when you're craving a Turkish
About us:
- We are two professionals Nell [26 she/her], restaurant manager, and Sam [27 he/him], orchestra tour manager. We're both are quite busy with work, hobbies, and socialising but also like to enjoy the house, cooking house meals, attending the local pub quiz and going out in the area.
- We're both pretty active with hobbies including running, climbing, football and cycling but also both have a creative side as well.
