We have both washer and dryer. No dishwasher but we have a few kitchen appliances already.

Will be available from August 13 (more or less) . FYI, our rent payment date is from 13th of the month.

Our flat is in the first and second floor of the house. The ground floor flat is occupied differently. My friends and I are renting the place as a whole but one of us moved out. Therefore we would like someone who can stay for a year minimum as we will include you in the contract, maybe deposit and all that.

Three of us are nurses so we work on different shifts.
As this is the only single room, we can allot a space for you in the hallway upstairs for your things.

We have 2 bathrooms, one on each floor so you'll share the bathroom with me on the first floor, on the same floor with the living room and kitchen.

Just to note, it's about 10-12 minutes walk from either Turnpike Lane Station or Wood Green Station. You can take a bus from those stations to Sainsbury's and walk about 6-7 minutes. Bus 29 and 243 are 24h buses you can take if going home late/going out early/strike.

We live next to the park which is overlooking from our living room. Your room is next to the road but it's not a main road.
