Hello!
we are currently looking to replace one house mates in a 4 bed house located a short distance from Seven Sisters station. For the price you get TWO rooms one with a bed and one which can be used as a work from home space/office perfect for photographer/designers/seamstress or whatever you can think to use it for.
A brief summary of the rooms & the house:
- both rooms are on the ground floor and neighbour one another
- the front room is currently used as the bedroom and looks on to the road. Gets lots of morning sunlight and is high-ceilinged.
- the back room is a good size but a bit smaller, however the doors open up to the back garden (there is also a back door to the garden in the kitchen for the rest of the house to use)
- the kitchen is basic but works well and does what it needs to. Always kept clean and is professionally cleaned regularly. Same goes for the bathroom.
- the bathroom was recently redone, with a new bath/shower unit fitted and frosted glass on the windows.
- rest of the house is usually always clean and there’s a small function room which could be used as a communal space/living room should one choose for it to be. This room leads on to the kitchen so is used regularly.
- **IF A BEDFRAME, MIRROR AND DRAWERS ARE WANTED, THEY CAN BE INCLUDED**
We are looking for a new house mate to join us hard working professionals in our late twenties/thirties. It was refurbished when we moved in around 8 years ago.
rent is £840 per month (you have two rooms downstairs for this price) which includes council tax band D, internet, a cleaner twice a month.
Gas/electric is additional and varies from month to month - it has recently been about £80 each a month. Water is paid twice a year - just paid in June next is in December, it was about £100 each. The only other bill that pops up I can think of is we usually get someone to do the outside garden when it gets a bit warmer, is around £30 or so each.
Looking for a sociable house mate who is able to help out with keeping the flat tidy and clean.
total for moving is £840+ £534 deposit = £1374
thereafter rent will be approx £920 (above minus deposit/depending on gas/electric which varies slightly each month)
