Room in family home

We are seeking a new lodger to live in the big, bright room at the top of our family home in Tottenham, by Downhills Park.

You will be sharing our home with two adults, two children aged 5 and 8, and a cat. Because we are seeking someone to live with our kids we have a preference for people with up to date DBS check in place, or very strong references.

The room is big and has lots of natural light, wooden floors, and minimal furnishing (bed, wardrobe, seating, shelves, fireplace + other things might also be available from the rest of the house.) We have a big shared living room, a shared kitchen, one family-sized bathroom + a downstairs loo, and a small garden. The kids are young and not quiet - this is a bustling family home especially in the afternoons/evenings and at weekends, and the person who rents must genuinely like children!
