The flat is in a well-maintained Victorian building with 2 original fireplaces and wooden floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door which leads to a large, private garden. The bathroom has recently been renovated and the boiler replaced. The original Edwardian floorboards have been sanded and the walls given a fresh coat of paint. The garden has been well maintained and comes with storage and electric mower. The property also comes with a secure bike storage unit at the front of the house. The room is currently unfurnished but a bed, wardrobe and one chest of drawers can be provided 🙂
