The room itself is a big double, and comes with a desk and armchair if you WFH and gets the sun all day (when it's about). Plants can be left or not depending on your preference.

You'll be living with four other lovely housemates; One Greece, One Spanish and two British between 30-48 working variously in art, events, academia and the civil service. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms over 3 floors so it never feels crowded and no bathroom queuing. Various housemate interests include music, art, travelling, making stuff. It's not a party house but nice sociable vibes.

It's a great communal space downstairs, massive open plan kitchen living and dining room with a big garden and lots of art. Excellent amenities including a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, 1gbps fibre optic internet with a whole house wifi mesh system, a 65” 4K TV in the living room, which has Netflix, Amazon Prime etc etc. There's also a garage for bikes.

The house is located about half way between seven sisters tube (15 mins walk), bruce grove overground (13 min walk) and turnpike lane (20 mins walk) and it's super close to two really lovely parks. Good cafes and restaurants around on West Green road and Philip lane.
