Bright Garden-Facing Room in Quiet Tottenham Home

I’m looking for housemate to rent a bright, comfortable room in my quiet three-bedroom home in Tottenham. The room has been recently refreshed and features an all-white look with brand-new furniture, a light grey carpet, and a large window facing the garden. It’s located on the garden floor, offering extra peace and privacy.

This is a lodger agreement, as you will be living in the property with me. We keep a very calm and respectful environment — everyone respects resting hours and keeps noise low so you can fully relax at home.

You will also share the space with a very friendly and calm 8-year-old cat who brings a cosy and peaceful atmosphere to the house.

The property has 2 double rooms and 1 single room, and we limit the home to 3 people total, so no couples, unfortunately.

There is no living room, but we do have a lovely, cosy garden that’s perfect for enjoying the summer.
